BT BROTHERS will repair, or replace where necessary, products that have reasonable faults for a 1 year period for all the shower screens, wardrobe sliding doors, splashbacks & mirrors from the date of installation.
Terms of Warranty:
- The warranty period commences when the job is complete.
- Warranty works will be done when the job is fully paid for.
- Warranty works may incur a $150 call out fee.
In order to make a warranty claim you must follow the procedure outlined below:
- The warranty period commences when the job is complete.
- You must provide the following information to validate your claim:
- A copy of the proof of purchase.
- If at all possible – supply photos showing the issue claimed – preferably in electronic form for transmission to the supplier. While not mandatory this will speed the processing of your claim considerably.
- Clearly state the grounds for the claim and describe any relevant circumstances.
- An assurance that the product has not been damaged on purpose, incorrectly operated, exposed to the elements, negligently treated, or misused. Any false representations may void your claim and constitute a breach in law.
- The requested information will be submitted to BT BROTHERS, and You will be contacted by the team member who will handle the claim within 10 business days.
- The warranty will on be executed as in the terms stated under the warranty conditions specific to your product.
The following is not covered under warranty:
- Cost of the service where faults are attributable to misuse / negligence / carelessness / physical damage and/or failure to follow the instructions as written in User’s Manual.
- Cost of the service where there was found to be no fault with the product.
- Cost of the service where faults are caused by an unauthorized person attempting to repair the product.
- Glass breakage.
- Any scratches or marks to the product which are not notified to BT BROTHERS within 24 hours of installation.
- Any scratches or marks to the product which are NOT noticeable when stand no less than 3 metres away from the glass and look directly through it under natural daylight.
- Products used for a commercial purpose.
- Slight colour variations due to different batches of products, different materials used, and/or aging of product.
- Dropping/sagging of doors due to wall, floor or building movement.
- Water leaking due to gaps in glass and/or metal.
